While there’s no strict upper age limit, we recommend that participants be at least 8 years old to enjoy the tours comfortably, as many involve walking, standing, or navigating busy areas. Families traveling with young children are welcome on private tours, where the itinerary can be adjusted for shorter attention spans or strollers. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plans can change, so we’ve kept our cancellation policy straightforward and transparent. If you need to cancel your tour, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. This allows us to inform our guides and vendors and free up spots for other travelers.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time may incur a partial charge to cover non-refundable costs such as vendor bookings or logistics already in place. In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen local events, we offer rescheduling at no extra cost or a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
